Checked out as a guest?

1. Open your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email.
2. Follow the order status or tracking link in that message.
3. If prompted, verify your order using your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout.

Waiting for tracking updates?

Tracking becomes available after your shipment is prepared and tracking information is added. Carrier updates may not appear until your package has been scanned. If your order ships in more than one package, check each shipment’s tracking link.

Custom-order preparation and shipping are separate stages. Your order status may remain confirmed until the carrier reports that your shipment is on its way.
